SPECIFICATION

 

• KM-FC180 COVER made up of two glass fibers fabric sheets, one of them is covered with aluminium, inside there is a ceramic paper sheet covered with aluminium between to layers of ecological bio soluble felt for high temperature

• KM-FF108 graphitic intumescent material

• KM BOARD V1 mineral fiber panel, 150kg/m³ density with fire resistant coating on one side

• KM SEALER F is a single component intumescent putty

• KM-ALU aluminium adhesive tape

 

FITTING UP

 

Lag the duct with KM-FC180 COVER and overlap the edges of 10 mm at least. Fix cover with steel wire and adhesive aluminium tape KM -ALU

Shape KM-FF108 and KM BOARD V1 panel and set up them back to back with the coated sides outwards; the perimeter of both sides against wall and duct must be sealed with fire resistant putty KM SELAR F
